I am Sindri Már and I have been building websites for seven years. I handle design, copy and development, with hosting and maintenance available afterwards. You talk to the person who knows the work and does it.

How this started
I was born and raised in Iceland and I was taking websites apart long before anybody paid me to. It got serious when I started helping out in the family business. That is where I saw what happens when a small company gets a website that works, and just as clearly what happens when it does not.
What stayed with me was not the design. It was that people who had built something real were being judged on a website that said nothing about it. A guesthouse that takes people in all summer. A workshop that has been on the same corner for forty years. A restaurant people drive over a mountain pass to reach. Their website said none of it, and it was still the first impression.
Seven years later it is still exactly the same job. I design and build websites for businesses wherever they are, one at a time, and every single one goes through my own hands.

What I do myself
When the person who writes the copy also builds the website, the road from idea to finished site is shorter. You explain the business once and have one contact for the whole project.
words()
The writing
I write the Icelandic myself. A site that reads like it was translated in a hurry loses the reader in the first paragraph, and nobody keeps going to find out whether the company is any good.
code()
The code
I build what the website needs, test the key journeys and measure performance. The technical work supports the content and gives a sound basis for future improvements.
visibility()
The visibility
Structured data on every page, a separate URL for each language, and text both search engines and AI assistants can actually read. It is part of the build, not something sold separately afterwards.
hosting()
Hosting and running it
If you choose hosting with me, I handle the technical upkeep. Growth and higher plans also include content editing and ongoing content work. Each plan is explained on the pricing page.

You talk to the person building it. No support desk, no account manager passing the message along, and no ticket system where your question gets a number.

Scope that fits your business
Sometimes you need a small site, sometimes a custom system, and sometimes your current website only needs improvements. I review the options before recommending a new build.

I do not promise the top spot on Google
I work on clearer content and better technical access. Monthly measurement and review come with the Visibility plan. Search rankings and AI mentions are not guaranteed.

I take no percentage
Bookings that come in on your own website are yours. I charge a fixed price for the build and a fixed monthly fee for running it, and neither goes up because you started selling more.

I do not take on more than I can handle
I work alone and that sets limits, so I say it plainly. If I am fully booked I tell you so and when I am free, instead of taking the job and leaving you waiting three months for a first draft.
