Review daily records, deviations and temperature trends. Open the inspection pack for the period you need. The same entries support daily decisions and save assembling paperwork later.
A separate login for every team member.
The owner creates staff profiles and issues individual access keys. Records are signed automatically. Revoke one person’s access without changing anyone else’s.
Staff get the shift screens. The owner manages equipment, cleaning plans, staff and exports.
Eldhús on your home screen.
Add Eldhús to your home screen and open it like an app. After your first online sign-in and download, keep recording when the connection drops.

Unsent entries stay on that device. Open the app with an internet connection to send them. Initial setup, owner reports and exports need internet.

Do we need new devices?
Eldhús runs in modern phone, tablet and desktop browsers. Add it to the home screen for quick access. Staff enter measurements; it does not automatically read thermometers.
What happens without internet?
After the first online sign-in and download, the app can reopen using the last synced setup for up to 7 days. Daily entries stay on the device and send when the app is open with a connection. They remain clearly marked as unsent until the server accepts them. Do not clear browser data before they have synced.
Can I download our records?
Yes. Owners can export a chosen period, up to 400 days per export, as data or a printable pack that can be saved as PDF. Earlier records are kept when a device is retired or a staff member leaves.
How does this fit our food safety procedures?
The records are based on MAST forms and configured for your operation. Your business defines its procedures, limits and corrective actions. The app organises records; it is not certification or a substitute for food safety assessment.
Does SNDR have to host our website?
No. Eldhús is available independently, even if your website is elsewhere. It is not included in the Everything plan.
