Your quote reflects what needs to be built. These four areas help define the scope.
Five pages and fifty pages are not the same project. The number of page types matters more than the number of pages.
If there are photos and copy worth keeping, the job is shorter. If I write everything and source the imagery, it takes longer.
A booking system, a shop, stock or accounting that has to connect to the site is its own job and is priced separately.
Icelandic and English side by side is double the copy and double the editing, not just a translation.

No. I start with a small prototype of your home page, at no cost to you and with no obligation. It is a sample and not a finished site. The working prototype of the whole site, which comes with the price of the website, follows before the build starts.
The figures here are starting prices. I go through the project with you, send you a fixed price, and start no work until you have accepted it. It does not change afterwards unless you ask for something that was not in the agreement, and you get the price for that first.
No. All prices exclude VAT. Your final quote shows applicable tax and the total amount.
No. You can buy a site and look after it elsewhere. I recommend the plan because a site nobody maintains ages badly, but it is your call and the price of the site does not change either way.
None. Cancel with a month of notice and take your site and your content with you. I do not keep clients with a contract.
No. The price you agree to never rises. It only changes if you choose to move up to a larger plan.
Usually yes, but not always. I look at how it is built and tell you honestly whether taking it over is worth it or whether starting again is. If it is fine as it is, I will say so.
No, and nobody can. What I can do is make your site readable to machines, measure where you stand, and measure it again every month so you can see whether it changes. I sell the work and the measurement, never the ranking.
