DO NOT LOSE A CUSTOMER BEFORE THEY EVER MEET YOU.
forge('website', { for: 'your company' })
Your website meets people before you do. I build sites that answer guests, take bookings and get found on Google, even after closing.
run booking
The guest books with you, you confirm from your phone, and they pay when they arrive.
The guest books on your site. You see the name, the party, the dates and what they wrote themselves.
You accept or decline with one touch and the guest gets an answer. Payment on arrival, as today.
The slot is taken the moment the request arrives. Two people booking in the same second do not get the same room.
Their calendars read every fifteen minutes, yours sent back per room. You see when they fetched it.
The month's direct bookings and the commission nobody took on them, in black and white.
19.900 kr a month, ex VAT

run assistant
Trained on your business, connected to the calendar and the price list, and it says so when it does not know.
The guest asks about a price and gets the number you confirmed, not a guess.
It reads your calendar and answers with free dates and a price. The chip shows it checked.
A question outside what you taught it gets an honest answer and your phone number, not an invention.
Same business, same facts, in the guest's language.
It sets up the request, the guest reads it over and confirms. It never books anything on its own.
24.900 kr a month, ex VAT
[ see the assistant ]
The assistant replays approved conversations for a fictional guesthouse. It is connected to nothing here and cannot book anything.
run kitchen
The food authority's own forms as an app: temperatures, deliveries, cleaning and handover, and the inspection pack in one tap.
Supplier, product, temperature, packaging. Logged on the spot on a phone, offline too.
A temperature out of range is not just red. The system does not accept the entry until the response is written.
The daily list and what broke, ran out or drew a complaint, carried between shifts.
Any period, ready for the inspector, instead of the binder on the fridge door.

run website
Designed and coded from scratch, and you change every sentence, photo and price yourself without being able to break it.
Fields labelled in plain language. Every sentence, photo and price is yours to change.
Whole new pages, any time, without asking me.
Nothing goes live until you say publish. The design and the structure do not budge.

run scan
The scan is free and shows item by item what a machine reads off your site. The Visibility plan fixes it and measures again every month.
A result in seconds, no email. The same measurement I run on every site I hand over.
Every item named and explained, not just a score. What cannot be measured is marked unmeasured, never subtracted.
Structured data, pages AI can read and the Google listing reviewed. Then watched every month.

compare before/after
On the left is a drawing of what is most common: something set up once and never touched again. On the right is a real page you can open and scroll.
No real company is shown on the left. It is a drawing of a common old website, not a screenshot of anyone in particular. Hótel Vör is invented.
ls outcomes/
A beautiful site is the start. This is what you get out of it, and every item is a system that is built and running today.
guests()
Google and the AI assistants read your site and know what you do and where. That groundwork comes with every site.
search visibilitybookings()
Guests book on your own site instead of Booking.com. Nobody takes a percentage on the way.
booking systemcalls()
An assistant answers the common questions at once, in any language, from what you have confirmed.
AI assistantreviews()
A guest who gets an answer at once and books without hassle arrives in a better mood. Your Google listing is reviewed with the site.
google listingtime()
You accept bookings from your phone and change text, photos and prices yourself, without waiting for anyone.
dashboard and editorcost()
No share of bookings, no fee per user. You know the number before anything starts and it stands.
the price listThe people who keep Iceland running deserve a web presence as strong as what they have built. But their website tells a different story, an old story, or no story at all. People judge you on it long before they ever meet you.

ls þjónusta/
Every project is a whole website, not a slice of one. Design, copy, code, imagery, hosting and visibility all come out of the same forge, and you always talk to the same person.
new_site()
Built from scratch, tailored to your company. Never a template, never a theme bought off a marketplace.

redesign()
Your old site gets new life, a new story and new power. Your content comes with it, nothing is lost on the way.

hosting()
Security, backups, monitoring and fixes. The site just works, and I answer when something comes up.

cms()
You change text, photos and prices yourself. Or ring me and let me do it.

also built when the project calls for it: Online shops and orders using Icelandic payment providers · Bookings taken straight from your site, no commission to a middleman · Connections to booking systems such as Bókun and Lodgify · Multilingual sites with correct language markup · Several companies under one owner on a single site · Imagery, short films and logos when they are missing
keyra ferli --skref 3
I read everything there is about your company and write the copy myself. The site is about you from day one, not filler somebody means to swap out later.

Every company gets its own design. You open the prototype on your phone and tell me what you think, instead of squinting at screenshots in a slide deck.

A fast site, set up properly for Google, on secure hosting. Then I am still on the end of the phone.

man sndr
A site starts at 149.000 kr, new or rebuilt. Larger sites and custom builds with booking or a shop cost more, and monthly plans start at 4.900 kr. All prices exclude VAT. You get a fixed price before I start, and the full list is on the pricing page.
I do. No subcontractor, no middleman, no support desk.
Three to six weeks, depending on size. If you have a date that matters, tell me at the start rather than at the end.
Photos, a logo and access to the domain. I write the copy unless you would rather. If the photos do not exist, we sort that out, it is not the first time.
Either you are on a monthly plan where I host the site, keep backups and make changes when you need them, or you own it outright and ring me when something comes up. Both are perfectly fine.
whoami
I was born and raised in Iceland and have been building websites for seven years. It got serious when I started helping out in the family business and saw how much a good website changes for a small company.
Today I do the whole job: design, copy, code, hosting and Google visibility. A large agency would split that across five people, charge triple, and deliver in six months.
Every company gets its own design. If two sites look alike, I have failed one of them.
A beautiful site that converts nobody is a picture in a frame. The goal is more customers, not more compliments.
Nobody reads a site that sounds hastily translated. I write it myself.
You talk to the person building it. No support desk, no account manager in between.
start a project
Tell me about the company in two sentences and I will take it from there.
