The brief
Akureyri Lodge is an 1896 timber house in the old town of Akureyri with three apartments, each let on its own. The owners, the same as Villa North’s, wanted the house to have its own website, in English, with booking directly on the site.
What I did
- Design and build of the website from scratch, in English, with a page for each apartment.
- A booking sheet with a calendar that opens Godo, the booking system the owners use, with the right apartment, dates and number of guests.
- Pages about the area and tours, with a map of the old town and tours booked through TourDesk.
Testimonial
I saw your potential from the beginning, and that’s why I voted for you. Your creativity is impressive, your output is enormous, and the results are just fantastic. Believe me, I looked at a lot of websites for our competitive set, and none of them is even slightly comparable to your work.

- Villa North: A redesign for two private villas in North Iceland, with direct booking through GODO.
